Dallas Texas Outfits and LTK Con 2022 Recap
I cannot believe I just got home from LTK Con that was held in Dallas Texas. I’m rounding up a complete post about it and the outfits and fashion I wore while in Texas.
Seriously what a dream come true, and can I say career goals?! Although, I was only there for 3 days, I did in fact wear every single one! You can also view all my Dallas outfits on my LTKCon Outfits folder here. You also might be asking, what is LTKcon? Check out my complete post all about it here first!
If you follow me on Instagram, you know the last few weeks have been an absolutely whirlwind from my baby shower to the conference, and my college alumni award all in a row during my third trimester. So I’m excited to finally get to linking all the outfits I wore in Dallas.

DAY 1 DALLAS OUTFITS
CHECK IN AND COCKTAIL PARTY:
I want to combine these 2 outfits together even though they happened at separate times. I wore the same dress to both events, but dressed it up for the cocktail party that evening.
I went super simple for check in with my favorite flare mini dresses. Kept the look pretty casual with my Tory Burch sandals, a large tote bag to keep all of my goodies in, and fun tassel earrings. Nothing really happens during check in besides letting them know you’re there, except we did get a glass of champagne from Lulus which was a nice little welcome! I opted for some sparkling juice instead.
After letting them know we each arrive, we also received our LTK swag bags which came with some amazing goodies such as a Lulu Lemon Belt Bag, and branded Yeti Tumbler! I was even shocked to see it all came in an Anine Bing tote bag. During check in is when I ended up walking around and just taking pictures of all of the beautiful details LTK put up around the hotel until it was time for the next event.
For the cocktail welcome party that evening, the dress code was Texas Chic. I took the same dress, but dressed it up with these beautiful sparkle cowgirl boots. I really wanted them to the statement of the outfit which they were! I also wore a western white fedora to add to the Texas outfit. I added my favorite cuff bracelets, and changed out my bag to something dressier.
NETWORKING EVENT:
I think this part was one of the most surreal things for me. All of a sudden we walk downstairs in the hotel to rooms filled with brand booths. Not just any looking brand booths though… They were all so beautifully decorated, and outdone, it felt like I was in a dream world. I seriously had chills seeing some of the decor, and knowing what brands were in front of me.
This segment of the day happened in the middle of the day before the Texas Chic welcome party. It was meant to connect with brands, exchange contact information, and also try samples and products from each to take home with us. I even had some personal 1:1 meetings with Urban Outfitters, Nasty Gal, The Sis Kiss, and Lulu & Georgia for potential upcoming collaborations!
The dress code was Snappy Casual, but I went and elevated that idea a bit. I wanted to look dressed up, yet fun at the same time for brands. I wore a super comfortable and stretchy mesh balloon sleeve bodysuit, and paired that with a fun smocked skirt that fit the bump! It’s the perfect length and so high waisted! (check out other similar skirt options here incase that one is sold out) My white bag is from Amazon, here are some similar white heels from Amazon, and my white tassel earrings as well.
DAY 2: DALLAS OUTFITS
MAIN STAGE KEYNOTES AND CLASSROOM SESSIONS:
Day 2 was exhausting. The entire morning, the entire conference got together in one large meeting room where speakers shared information about new updates to the LTK app, what brands look for when selecting influencers, how Studio Mcgee grew her business and we even heard from the TikTok team about strategies! After lunch, we broke into small classroom sessions to discuss everything from holiday preparation to how to manage your business and goals. It really helped motivate me to finish off the year strong. Between my classes is when I had my 1:1 meetings with a few of the brands I listed earlier.
For Day 2 morning and afternoon, the dress code was again snappy casual. I wore a ribbed midi skirt that fit just perfect over the bump, and styled it with a fun cropped boho blouse. Love that the colors matched perfectly together! The nude belt added just the perfect amount of detail, and helped prevent any belly from sticking out lol. I dressed up the outfit and matched the belt with the best basic nude heels that go with everything, and added pink/purple earrings to match everything else.
NIGHT 2: ABERCROMBIE COCKTAIL PARTY
Later that evening Abercrombie hosted a cocktail party with fun photo ops, beautiful displays, dancing, drinks, and more. Were were told to wear Abercrombie clothing to the party, so I opted in for this stunning green floral midi dress! How perfect would this also be for a wedding?
I freaking love this dress because it makes me feel so pretty, and chic! I went with a comfortable low, white heel to match the dress, and my favorite boho cuff from Victoria Emerson.
DAY 3 DALLAS OUTFIT
CLASSROOM SESSIONS, BRAND SUITES, AND BRAND MEETINGS
Day 3 was by far the most hectic day and was a combo of everything. At this point it was taking a told on my almost 8 month pregnant body from on the go all week, only wearing heels, and no time to relax. This day spanned the longest for me from 10am to 11pm full of more classes I was registered for, visiting brands I didn’t meet on the first day, and the rest of my 1:1 meetings. We also had an event to attend later that evening which I’ll get into.
The last day I feel as though I definitely dressed the most comfortable. I wore a very comfortable short sleeve floral romper (mine is old, linked similar) paired with gray rattan wedges. Surprisingly wedges are comfortable for me and don’t hurt my feet! The romper is colorful, I made sure to bring a fun color statement tassel earring to match. Again, I used my white Amazon crossbody and wore boho cuff bracelets again.
NIGHT 3: CREATOR AWARDS RED CARPET AND AFTER PARTY
One of the coolest parts of the entire conference was having an actual red carpet event before attending the first in person Creator Awards Ceremony. Haha, it was cool to feel like a movie star for your 15 seconds of fame! Once heading inside we were greeted with cocktails, photo ops, and one of those 360 camera photo booths!
The creator awards were always just an online thing, but this was the first year they were announced in person, with a crowd. It was awesome feeling like I was at the Grammy’s or something like that!
Afterwards, we headed up stairs to the rooftop bar which I have to say LTK definitely outdid themselves on with the location, decor, and performers! Servers were walking around with cocktails, french fries and cheese burgers. Yum! It was also a fun dance party with a DJ under a huge pergola covered in vines. All in all, it was so fun, and a cool experience, but I did head out a little earlier to get some rest before my flight the next morning.
I had partnered with Confete who sent me this beautiful black midi dress to wear for the awards! I loved it because it felt edgy, high end, and something totally different than I normally wear which is definitely not black! At our luncheon with DSW, they gave us all these fun, sparkly crossbody bags, so I decided to use this as my evening bag! It is perfect for any wedding you may have coming up.
FINAL THOUGHTS
All in all, this week in Dallas, Texas was a total dream come true. This conference was one of my top goals in life, and I feel so honored and blessed that I was invited. I truly learned a ton mostly from all of the new friends I made and people I met. It’s definitely the experiences, chatting and network that help me learn, not necessarily classes.
They honestly went above and beyond with the decor, the parties, food, brand interactions, and the networking. Everything was absolutely gorgeous, organized, and a lot of fun. I truly hope I can be invited again to the 2023 conference, but I know things are never guaranteed. THANK YOU to all of you that have supported me over the years to help me get to this point!
